House of Halo’s

This week i was invited by Bloggers Love to the press event of a jewellery brand called House of Halo’s in Leicester Square. I currently work in a fashion company and the department i look after is Jewellery and as you can imagine i was really excited to be invited to this event. I did my research on House of Halos and really liked what i had seen and couldn’t wait to snap some of the amazing pieces to share with you guys!

The thing you need to know about me is that i LOVE statement jewellery and anything that’s different and bold i am all over it! House of Halo’s have a very Vivienne Westwood-esque feel to it and for someone who loves skulls i was totally in my element.

The event was held in The Penthouse in Leicester Square and by the time i had arrived it was already packed out with a very stylish crowd mostly bloggers, mingling, sipping champagne, snapping the key pieces on show, getting pampered with manicures courtesy of House of Halo’s (very nice touch by the way!) and enjoying the view of London.

We all had our camera’s out ready for the fashion show that was scheduled for that evening. There was so much beautiful detail in the collection i was totally in awe of each design. They were edgy, gothic and beautiful all at once with intricate heavy beading, feathers, chains and structured pieces! i have included images of some of favourite pieces and you can make up your own minds :)

I love the crowns they are by far my favourite item. The designer is famously known for dressing Emeli Sande with this gorgeous statement piece below which was also up for grabs in a raffle for the guests. Sadly i did not win and couldn’t go home with this necklace however, i did go take home a little gift of Dermologica products, thank you House of Halos :)
